TESTIMONIALS
“Kate is a rarity in the ghosting world and an utter dream to work with. Capturing someone else’s voice isn’t easy, but she nails it every single time. She’s patient with authors and without fail delivers a powerful story that blows you away… I’d trust her with any ghost project!”
- Sara Cywinski, Publishing Director, Ebury
“I always enjoyed working with Kate in her publishing capacity and it’s been a great pleasure to work with her now as a ghostwriter. Always wonderful to deal with and bringing great dedication and passion to her work, Kate has a keen eye for detail and narrative, and a great sensitivity to her subjects. I can think of no one better to add a sparkling touch to any project.”
- Sallyanne Sweeney, literary agent, Mulcahy Sweeney Associates
“Kate is the BEST GHOSTWRITER EVER. She did such a beautiful and sensitive job on my book. She works so hard and is fantastic at what she does, yet she’s also very human with it, which made it a pleasure to work with her. Thank you for helping me to have a voice, Kate, you’ve been amazing to work with.”
- Victoria Spry, author of Tortured
“I feel incredibly lucky to have had Kate on my side in what is a highly emotive and personally challenging writing project. I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better editor.”
- Lucie Brownlee, author of Life After You (a Richard and Judy pick)
“Kate’s incredible editing skills are truly a-ma-zing: without them my first autobiography All Balls and Glitter would have been illiterate! She is a very talented editor with an extremely accurate eye for detail... Fab-u-lous!”
- Craig Revel Horwood, author of All Balls and Glitter
“Kate is a dream editor. She’s full of support, passion, encouragement and sensitivity, and was a pleasure to work with. As for her notes, they were pretty much perfect and totally in tune with the work. Kate has an uncanny ability to bring out the best in you and help your writing be the best it can be. Her comments were invaluable and I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with her. She is, without a doubt, awesome in every way.”
- Francesca Martinez, author of What the **** is Normal?!
“Kate Moore is the best editor I’ve ever had – and this was my twenty-seventh book. She was a joy to work with and I’d love to work with her again.”
- Emily Dubberley, author of Garden of Desires
“You never forget your first. Kate was ours. Our first editor on our first book together. Her editorial expertise helped make Anything Goes a bestseller.”
- John Barrowman and Carole E. Barrowman, authors of Anything Goes
“Simply the best!”
- Fatima Whitbread, author of Survivor
“Kate was the very first to see the potential of my book Dad’s War and throughout the two years it took me to research and write it, her support was constant: helping me shape and re-shape the order in which the story would unfold and keeping me on the straight and narrow, making sure I didn’t wander too far from the original core idea of the book. She was wonderfully supportive and without Kate’s encouragement I’d probably still be trying to write it now. I’d love to tell the world about her.”
- Chris Tarrant, author of Dad’s War
“Opinionated editors are easy to find but those whose opinions get to the nub of things, and whose editing is skilful, are rare. Kate is in the second category. I’ve worked with editors on nine books, and she was the most committed, able and helpful editor, not to mention publisher. I am trying to think of some little niggle just to maintain my credibility, but nothing comes to mind. Well, this: I wish she would have loved everything, but am glad she didn’t.”
- Adrianne Blue, ghostwriter of Survivor
